Livia Bica

Born in Romania, I moved to the USA in 2005, with not much in terms of belongings but sheer ambition and courage. I worked in the hospitality industry and customer service for the last 16 years and I found it challenging and rewarding. My clients and my management team were always able to rely on me because I was loyal, fair and determined. Over time I climbed the ladder and moved roles several times while continuing to invest in my education. In 2010 I completed a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management at Roosevelt University in Chicago and when the Covid -19 pandemic struck I decided to enter the real estate industry. In my spare time, I play tennis and I take my husband and two children for swimming, hiking and at times boxing sessions as this is an experience that is close to my heart and it reminds me of when I was a young athlete on the women's national boxing team of Romania and won the championships several years in a row. The determination that got me to this career is the same determination I have to find your dream home. Let's chat
