We contacted Liz during the hieght of the Covid scare to sell our home.She came out to walk thru and was very repectful of everyone wearing a mask and keeping distance. She talked us through the process, made recomendations on what should be removed and how things should be displayed; which turned out to be exstremely important. What really impressed me was Liz will make a phone call. While much of the process is automated today with text messages , Liz will always call and make sure things are good, answer questions or just check in. Liz is also a mover. It isn't possible to say enough good things about Liz. We were almost ready to put my house on the market when the Covid-19 quarantine started. Liz personally helped (actually she did everything!) with staging the house to show it to its best advantage. She provided booties, hand sanitizer and waivers for people looking at the house, so both buyers and sellers felt safe. My house sold within a week! Liz is one of the nicest people I've ever met and she responded to all of my questions and concerns, almost before I'd finished texting or emailing them. She even offered to take my dog for a walk if I wasn't home and someone wanted to look at the house. It didn't turn out to be necessary, but its just one example of how Liz goes above and beyond what anyone could ever want. Again, she is amazing!!!
