I met Liz through her sister whos been a very good friend of mine. Her sister texted me one day and told me that Liz is a real estate agent and if we ever decided to buy a home, she can help us. Early this year, we decided to do just that.During that time we had another agent that we were working with, however it didnt work out. I texted my friend and asked for Lizs contact number in hopes that she can help us, and that is how it all began. Liz is a very hard working agent. Not only does she care about her client, she cares about the location, our commute. We love that about her. Buying a home is not easy. Looking for houses is not easy as well but Liz makes it easy for all of us. She always comes prepared, she answers any questions about the house we looked at and more importantly she knows what shes doing. We started looking for houses and each house we looked at were all nice, modern homes we hoped we can call our own. Finally, we found this beautiful house hidden between the Kent and Renton area. We all loved it. We told Liz that this is the house. This is it!! We then made an offer to the house. Liz and her partner Sok did such an amazing job. The offer got accepted and then the rest is history.Our experience with Liz as our real estate agent was phenomenal. Buying our home was very smooth, no hiccups, closed in time.
