In the past I've dealt with other agents from major real estate company's and I could always tell they were just looking to make the highest commission possible from me. Liz's approach was so genuine and personable that at times one would think she was working to sell her own home, and not a stranger she'd just met. My house had been on the market for several months under one of those "big name" companies (I won't mention which one). Six months and barely got a viewing. And there were no offers at all. Then I met Liz. Before she even looked at the house she told me her goal is to have my house under contract within thirty days.
