Was referred to her by my husband's boss. She initially met with us to review our plan and gave us a plan of action and very honest advice. I have had many agents in the past that were very agreeable and told me what I wanted to hear when looking at properties. Liz is not pushy at all, She gave very honest and direct opinions based on her personal experience. She familiarized herself with what we wanted and focused on finding as much of our wish list as possible within reason. She pointed out potential concerns with properties we looked at because she wanted us to ultimately be happy with our choice. She also helped us to be realistic about things that weren't important in the long run like things that could be easily changed. Liz was very knowledgeable in the contract process. We had a very complicated purchase process with a short sale and she paid close attention to the details of the contract and ensured that we were protected as they buyers during the entire process. She took great care to ensure that documents were executed in a timely manner and was good to explain aspects of the process and documents in layman's terms. We are extremely pleased with the home we purchased and Liz is the reason we were able to find a great deal on an amazing home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

I really liked our old agent who was knowledgeable and trustworthy and was not sure I would ever find another high quality agent. Liz was excellent! She has in-depth market knowledge and was extremely helpful in determining what upgrades would be helpful is facilitating the sale. Her negotiating and communication skills are great.
