Lloyd is by far the most amazing agent I have ever worked with. We were moving across the country and had a pretty extensive punch list for our new home. Managing our home search from afar was no easy task, but Lloyd consistently went above and beyond. He has an extensive knowledge of the area and a great network. He always had the inside track for homes that were coming to the market, and would do a walk through and send us detailed pictures and info for any and all homes that caught our eye. His feedback on the areas, schools, and neighborhoods was invaluable. In addition to being incredibly knowledgable and professional, Lloyd is also very kind, warm, patient and supportive. He would check in with us every week just to make sure we were well, and always had kind words when the moving process seemed like an unmanageable task. I have never worked with an agent that is so genuine yet professional. And when you are in the actual contract/negotiation phase, he is absolutely the person you want in your corner. He will make sure things get done, and get done the way you want them. This is vital in any real estate transaction, but especially when you are a thousand miles away and relying on your agent to be your feet on the ground. He was completely organized and trustworthy, and we knew everything was always under control and seamlessly managed. I truly cannot say enough good things. We are so happy with our new home, and with the entire purchase process. We will never use anyone else for any real estate needs.
