Logan was a tremendous resource in helping us sell our Denver house in a timely manner. We were under a tight timeline to sell our house in order to turn around and have our financing ready for our new build in Arvada. People always encourage you to try to sell without a realtor to save money, but we learned Logan's value immediately after our house was under contract and we were hit with one of the worst hail storms in Denver's history. We were required by the buyer's lender to have a new roof and gutters on before we were allowed to close. Thanks to Logan we were able to secure a roofer (through one of her references) who could get all the work done in a timely manner and get us to the closing table on time. There's no way we could have managed this process on our own. Logan also helped us get our full list price and her knowledge of real estate law helped us navigate the choppy waters of the new build process.
