There are a few things that I could say about my experiance dealing with Logan Hall, I'm going to go with "truly blessed". This young man took time out to study and learn about my situation then went above and beyond his call of duty. Not only did Logan get the property sold in record time (around 2 months), in doing so he helped me preserve my VA certificate by avoiding forclosure and selling the property traditionaly to avoid a short sale. There were a few bumps in the road but Logan never once faulterd when it seemed that the deal would not go through due to money conflicts. Without my knowing he waived his commission and came out of pocket on his own in order to get it done. Logan is an exceptional realtor,one of a kind. With his help ,I was able to successfully purchase my favorite and well researched home. But the story began nearly two years ago. While renting in Westbrook for a month in the winter,I met Logan during a random Open House. He was gracious and responsive to my interests and gave me his card.
