Working with Logan was an amazing experience. He's not the pushy sales guy trying to talk you into buying every house you view. Rather, he will listen to what you say about the houses, the things you like, the things you don't, and work hard to help you discover your dream home. During the tours when you visit homes he might seem more passive, but that is because he is listening and watching, so he can make sure he's taking all of your feedback into account for the next home. We started our tour thinking it would be a while before we could move into our dream home, but Logan's expertise, experience, and connections with some excellent contractors set us up with everything we could ever need and all the things we didn't even realize we needed. As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend Logan to anyone even curious about buying a home. He's friendly, professional, and an all around fun guy to go view homes with. and he cares about his customers.
