Loic Pillon claimed to be the property manager of a home I rented from someone I never met named Michel Pujol of Olette2 LLC. Loic no-showed an inspection to renew a month-to-month lease, then after I asked him if he could have the inspector look into the cause of the wireless signal emanating from the remodeled part of the roof, he sent me a 30-day no-cause notice to move out. The landlord kept accepting rent for another full month until at random an unlawful detainer notice was served. Some random person, not an attorney, represented Olette2 LLC and despite paying rent and not violating any lease, I got stuck with an eviction cuz of that coward faux cover-up artiste Loic Pillon. He needs to move back to Chez Chat running an illegal eviction on a tenant who paid rent early for 4 years. Ask him whats good with the covert surveillance house in Maravilla at Mountain's Edge and why he no-caused a tenant claiming to know nothing about wireless signals yet moved in a new tenant who is the sales manager for a sick perverse covert surveillance equipment vendor who has tutorials on their site teaching how to hide surveilllance equipment in homes to spy on tenants. Ask him and look him in the eyes, you will see he is no man to do business with he covered up one of his French dude's illegal content house at the expense of the tenant and he is withholding tons of my USPS mail. This is my experience with Loic Pillon. Ask him to take a polygraph exam to disprove one statement in this review. He will of course refuse to take one because this is 100% true.
