Lon Wienke

I started in the housing industry in 1981 by remodeling homes. In 1984 I started Family Home Builders and built new homes. In 1985 I acquire my Wisconsin Real Estate brokers license so I could market the homes of customers who wanted me to build them a new home. In 1987 I added a Modular home dealership, Terrace Homes to compliment our custom home building. The Home building and Real Estate Marketing business did well. In 1994 I became licensed in Illinois. Also, Licensed as a HUD home sales Broker. In 1997 I sold the construction companies and continued with the Real Estate marketing of homes. In 1998 I expanded to Commercial Real Estate and land development creating subdivisions and consulting for investors and landowners wanting to pass on parcels to family. Then in 2008 with the market correction I consulted & negotiated short sale, sheriff sales and Bank owned properties for clients. Also, I consult with clients on Property Tax appeals to lower their property tax assessment. There is not much I have not done in the Real Estate market over the last 35+ years.
