Lonnie was great. He was more than a real estate agent looking for a paycheck. He inquired about what we wanted and searched from there. He gave us honest feedback on houses from things that needed to be fixed, good deal or a bad deal, etc. When we were in a "bad" house, he told us he would not purchase it because of the money we would be putting in it.
