Lonnie helped us buy our first house in 2009. We got a great deal on a bank owned home. He was thorough, explained everything, and very patient with us. We were quite particular about what we wanted. In 2018 we decided to sell and we picked Lonnie again. He advised us on what to do to make our home more appealing and suggested a selling price. He sent many people our way and we made a great profit. We wanted to move to Prineville but there was very limited inventory for the price and features we wanted. Lonnie showed us all over the area where we wanted to live but we just couldn't find the right house. The market was fast and furious. There was no time to think about a particular house before someone snatched it up. Lonnie suggested we buy a lot in Ochoco West and put a new house on it instead. So, he helped us find a lot and negotiate a great price for less than asking. Now we're just waiting for the house to be built. I cannot stress how patient Lonnie was with us, especially when helping us make our last purchase. And, he was gentle when it came to letting us know when we were being unrealistic.
