Have been selling homes in Sioux City and the surrounding area (Siouxland) for 35+ years. He purchased his first home as a senior in high school. Remodeled it and than rented it while going to Morningside College.
After graduation in 1976 he sold that home and purchased his second home. All total he have personally purchased, remodeled, or sold over a dozen homes or investment properties over the years.
