I first met Lore when I decided to shop for my first home. I was immediately impressed by her level of knowledge, organized approach, and clarity in explaining the process as well as in answering my questions. I liked Lore who was able to put me at ease with her personable style while staying on track with the business of helping me find "my dream home." She was always quick to respond to my inquiries and knew the best response whenever something unexpected came up. She not only demonstrated her mastery of real estate but also her excellent skills in strategic thinking and in negotiation. I'd definitely refer her as an outstanding realtor and call upon her again myself, should the need arise again in the future.

My experience with Lore was a very positive one. She is very honest and up front when it comes to discussing the details of selling your home. We sat down and talked the numbers in order to figure out what the best listing price for the home would be. Throughout the entire process she was very professional and extremely helpful taking the time to address whatever concerns or questions I had. My perception of Lore as a realtor was that of highly motivated worker, optimistic, empathetic, team player and very personable/ easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Lore to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. I will most certainly keep in contact with her as I transition into buying my next property. Highly Recommend!

Having worked with several other real estate agents and brokers in the past, both while I was married and after my divorce, I must say my best experience with buying a new home was with Lore Woodley. I had a couple stressful experiences with in the past, and because of those experiences, I was leary about meeting a new Realtor. She came across genuine, albeit with a keen sense of business. As I got to know Lore, I became very comfortable with sharing what I needed and what I could afford in a new home as a single mother. She began with helping me find a listing that was right for us, and if she felt the listing was wrong because of either the property itself, the cost to value analysis, or other issue she was transparent with how she felt about that particular potential purchase. She was just as concerned with, if not more concerned, with my budget than I was, and that is how I knew Lore cared about and really understood our needs as a family. She understood that the loan to value ratio of my home will be important to my family in the future. I don't necessarily remember communicating my needs so succinctly, and, for this reason, I believe Lore posseses a natural intuition about others--making her a joy to work with. We found the right place in a matter of weeks, but I still had one major hurdle to overcome: the sale of my current home. It was only natural to ask Lore to handle the sale of my home as well -- having built such a great rapport with her so quickly. She handled the sale of my home just as seemlessly and professionally as the purchase. She had a purchase contract in hand one week of listing. In addition to selling my home for top dollar, she negotiated close to 20 percent in discount pricing for me on the purchase of our new home. Completely unexpected, she negotiated another closing credit for repairs noted during the home inspection process. I know it must have been stressful to balance the dates between the properties, but Lore's determination shines through. While I thought the transition between homes was going to be difficult, the only thing difficult, however, was saying a bittersweet goodbye to our old home. It was a place that we shared special family memories in, and for a split second I became homesick. Homesickness, however, was quickly replaced by the excitement of OUR new home and remodeling. Having got top dollar on the sale of our previous home, I was able to put a hefty downpayment on the new purchase, while at the same time, afford a contractor for a much needed remodel in my new home. it was a relief to escape endless DIY projects! For this I say, "Thank you Lore for making home buying and selling a wonderful experience!" I highly reccomend Lore to anyone who may be looking to buy and/or purchase a home. She is a strong businesswoman as well as professional. Most importantly of all, however, she is compassionate.
