Having recently lost my father and having to move my mom out of state, selling their home from afar was a daunting task! This sale was a bit tricky because of it being a rental property and me being 2000 miles away. However, I couldn't have possibly chose a better realtor. She managed the tenants with great finesse and kept me informed every step of the way. She got me top dollar for the property and had it sold the first day it went on the market.
