She is crappy trashy agent her name is Loritta Martin , she was our home seller's agent, she has done such a terrible job since the purchase process started , our sellers have a house in Oakland,TN , she made many mistakes in the contract and had such a horrible communication and never get back to FHA appraiser's phone calls!!! After all that she won't give us the buyers a one day code to get in the house before the closing once she provided that code to the contractors?? She is such a nightmare to deal with , do your self a favor and run for life when hear or see this lazy butt's name!!!!!!

Beware! She posted four year old pictures to a listing and when we inquired, she stated all it needed was a fresh coat of paint and new carpets. I live out of state and had a relative go look at it. Not only did it need a fresh coat of paint and new carpet, it needed a new deck, a few truck loads of garbage needing to go to the dump, the plumbing under the house did not meet code and would not pass inspection. I showed my relative the pictures she posted and he said those pictures did not even close to the current condition. This is false advertising in my opinion and she was comparing this property to “move in ready” property’s 10 miles away in the neighboring town of Arlington. She is phoney and a bold face liar. Do yourself a favor and if her name comes up, RUN the opposite direction!
