Lori went above and beyond several times during the listing of our home. I was out of state already and my wife was alone with my daughter. Lori on multiple occasions met with inspectors and appraisers in our stead since we were unavailable. I would recommend hiring her as your agent any day!

Ryan was very helpful in finding our property and seeing the deal through. He was always responsive at anytime of day or night and very professional in every way. If you want to find someone that is energetic, helpful and responsive he won't disappoint you. We were purchasing from out of state and needed to find a property for our 1031 exchange and zeroed into exactly what we wanted and in a timely fashion.

Lori was absolutely amazing from the beginning of the process to the end. Our situation was unique as the home was a rebuild from the studs out and towards the end, we asked Lori's opinion about how to finish certain aspects (closets, carpeting, etc) based on what she was seeing sell homes. Once there was an offer on the home, Lori was the greatest advocate for us as the sellers and helped us navigate through an offer and the counter-offer. Once we were under contract, she kept in constant contact with us as to how the process was going. She worked with the appraiser as well as the title company and it was flawless! We love Lori and would recommend her to anyone in need of an agent!

Lori went above and beyond during the 12 months I was considering selling the property. She stayed in contact, provided CMAs until it was finally a good time to sell. When it came to the sale she marketed the house everywhere and targeted the right audience for his house. As an out of state landlord, Lori worked with the renter to arrange showings. Lori found a full price offer and provided exceptional communication during the execution of the sale. Would use her again and have recommended her.

This is the second time I have bought a house with Lori. When you are making the biggest purchase of your life, you need someone who is honest, fast, knowledgeable and patient. Having worked with many realtors over the years, Lori truly is the Best! I could write a novel for all that she has done for us in the course of selling our two homes and purchasing another (in the last three years).
