- Lori and I connected, but did no business
Extremely unprofessional. 30 years in roofing industry, I look at roof it has 3 years of life left. Inspector red flags roof says it’s toast. Ask for half the roof to be paid lady who knows nothing about roof says me and inspector know nothing roof has plenty of life left. Literal holes all the way through shingle Matte on inspection report. Accuses me of wanting to try to get money off to cash the check and keep it. Relists the house before we even legally end the agreement. Made me instant transfer earnest money but tells me she’s snail mailing it back. Weeks later I still haven’t seen it. No doubt this will end in litigation.
