I have worked with several different real estate agents and Lori by far, is the best of the best! She always has a smile on her face, very cheerful and witty. She will go out of her way to find exactly what you are looking for in a home.

“Lori DeVore was our buyer’s agent for a property in Dash Point, WA. With her decades of experience in real estate, we relied on her guidance. After closing, it was discovered that the property had an illegal/unpermitted structure. It’s true that we should have done more of our own due diligence, but as an experienced buyer’s agent, Lori could have advised us to check basic permitting records for any structures or additions. Now we’re liable to the City of Federal Way and have spent tens of thousands on remediation. If you’re hiring a real estate agent, make sure they remind you to verify permits independently—this experience was disappointing. This is my honest assessment based on what we went through.
