Lori came into my life at just the right time. Although she didn't know, my life was a category 5 Natural Disaster. Divorce, selling the home I wasn't ready to leave, back to work full time, pressed for time to find a home for my children and a list I'll save for the movie... I was an absolute wreck! Lori recently acted as the buyer's broker for the purchase of a property that my wife and I intend to make a home for our family for the next 20 years. As such, it had great importance and meaning to us. We really can't find the words to fully describe how helpful Lori was in every single aspect of the purchase. She developed an effective strategy that allowed us to view multiple homes that fit our wish list over a period of time, via both open houses and private follow-up showings, and patiently worked with us until we found the property that was perfect for us. We have two young boys who are about to start grammar school, and the breadth and depth of Lori's knowledge of the school districts and neighborhoods surrounding the various properties that we looked at was immensely helpful to us in ascertaining that the properties that we were looking at also met our wish list in regard to these two very important criteria. Once we found that perfect property, Lori did a phenomenal job of working closely with the seller's broker to move the negotiations from an offer to a signed contract and then to closing. And, as important as all of the foregoing is, the greatest aspect of working with Lori was the steady approach and integrity that she brought to all of her dealings with us throughout the process. She patiently and professionally handled all of our requests for additional information throughout the process in a quick and efficient manner. In addition to really understanding the markets that she works in and the process of acting as a broker, Lori always had our interests at the top of her agenda. We always felt that we could fully trust her. We are truly appreciative of Lori's effort, and the result of her effort on the transaction that we recently worked on together, and we would highly recommend her.
