We were coming from out of town on a house hunting trip, to purchase not just scouting, and the realtor we had been working with fell out at the last moment. We contacted Mike and Lori and they rapidly set up an extensive list of potential properties meeting our home search criteria and scheduled showing for the homes we selected. Over the course of several days they were able to expertly pare down the properties and refine our search until we were able to find the home that was our perfect match. Finding the perfect house was only the first step though, they wrote the perfect offer and we were quickly under contract. The support they provided us continued throughout the entire process and were tenacious is helping us find the perfect financing solution and then were there for us through every step along the way, home inspections, home re-inspection post repair, closing and acceptance of the property. Our families experience with Lori was great. She was able to answer any questions we had and more than willing to meet our needs as far as going to see extra houses or visiting homes more than once. In 1 weekend we visited about 17 homes do to having a short time in town. We were able to find the lovely home we own now.
