When Glenda came, she was so well prepared with pictures and prices of local comparable of sold by owner and sold by realtor prices. She put no pressure on us whatsoever. But, it seemed clear we would get a better price for our house and it would be much easier to let Glenda take over. She listed it at top dollar and opened it to other realtors immediately. After the first weekend of showing, Glenda brought us two offers and we accepted the best offer (a cash offer for $5,000 less than our asking price). Done!! Sold!! And, Glenda arranged so we are staying in the house till we are ready to leave in September.
