Buying a home from out-of-state during a pandemic was pretty intimidating, but she did a lot to make the process easier--arranging a huge number of live virtual tours, pointing out important features/defects, and helping us curate a list of candidates for our one day of in-person tours. She was also very helpful in walking us through the mortgage and escrow process. And when delays on our bank's side started to threaten our deal, she even connected us with another lender who was able to approve/fund our loan in just a couple weeks. With her help, we were able to close on our house on time! Highly recommend.
