Lori met with us and convinced us she would sell our home at a fair price and she would work hard to sell it as quickly as possible. She was very familiar with our neighborhood and that gave us more confidence in her ability. We needed to get the house sold as quick as possible as we had committed to a new home. Lori marketed I our home in a way to bring interested people very quickly. We were under contract the whole time the house was for sale. The third contract was the charm and they followed through. Lori was very helpful to both us and the buyer. She helped with their financing and insurance. The closing went well without a hitch. I think we got a bigger price with Lori and came out with a nice return on our home. She was always available and could always answer the questions of our concern. She worked hard for us and I highly recommend Lori to sell your home or find you one.

When we found out our HOA had a pending lawsuit, that had never been disclosed to us, Lori worked with them to get this resolved. We had a new A/C unit installed, when we first bought and the company never got a final permit,Lori guided us through the process of getting this done. She was in constant contact, even after we left to go back to Ohio. It took some extra days but she got it closed, so very happy with her performance!! She was AWESOME!!!
