Lorraine Angelil

Lorraine was literally God sent. She made the process of preparing and selling my townhouse --which is out of state btw in Florida-- very easy for me. Lorraine has numerous qualities that makes her a perfect real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and does her due diligence before she gives any advise or share any information. She is very easy to communicate with either thru phone or email for any concerns/questions. Lorraine's work ethic is bar none and she has been there for me EVERY STEP of the way in resolving permits, repairs, negotiations, etc even though I have returned to my home state of New York. I have never experienced a better service --in ANY INDUSTRY- than Lorraine. She will be my only realtor for now on. She makes things happen.

First of all I must say how professional Lorraine is. From the very first time we spoke on the phone I knew all was well. She is an amazing person both professionally and socially. If you are buying a house for the very first time (like myself) she is EVERYTHING you want to look for in a realtor. One of her qualities among many others is her HONESTY. I really admire that about her work. She will tell you upfront what are your options and give you her honest opinion about your choices. There is so much I can say about Lorraine. But just to keep this review short. I would say to anyone, if you choose her to be your realtor there will be no regrets whatsoever. She will walk you through everything you need to know. She worked with me diligently to the closing of my house. She even came over with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful card to celebrate with us a few weeks after I moved into the house. Its now 4yrs since I have lived at the property we bought and I still stay in touch with her whenever I can. She is definitely a 5 star!

Lorraine was a blessing in the skies for my wife and I. I found her on your site and was very fortunate to have found her. She helped us short sale our home, and I tell you I've never worked with anyone who was more professional that she. Her knowledge of this area was second to none, and she not only guided us through this process, but she educated us upfront and along the way. She constantly kept us updated on the transactions and communications between her and the banking / lending institutions with was awesome, and fought for us when those institutions were gagging there feet. Lorraine was a consummate professional with a warm and friendly touch. She is extremely responsive; all phone calls, texts, and emails were answered IMMEDIATELY. She always has your best interests in mind and anticipates potential issues and prepares for them. Lorraine helped me in every step throughout the selling process; she was honest, reliable and determinate to help me and my lawyers to pursue all possible options to help me sell my property. She spent time doing market research to provide me with advice that was accurate with the current real estate laws. She explained every word that I couldn't understand in the tons of paperwork that is required to be completed during the process of working with a difficult HOA, bank short-sale forms and even some of the legal forms.
