After working with another agent for 8 months and getting nowhere, I came in contact with Lorraine. When I told her what we were looking for, she knew exactly the right property for us. She negotiated a fair price, referred us to a contractor to do some remodeling, and was on top of the game the whole way. I highly recommend Lorraine Bennett as a realtor.

Lorraine, is outstanding. She really listens to what your wants/needs are and delivers. She was very pleasant and very easy to work with. She was also extremely flexible and available to show us home without any problems. She was very honest at all times and with her experience her opinion was a great help.
