superb. smart. professional. we had no idea of all of the details involved in selling but Lorraine managed everything for us and actually made it fun with her unending energy. she obviously truly cares about her clients not just about the deal.

Lorraine recently helped my wife and I buy our first house. She was everything we could have asked for in a realtor: knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and professional. We really appreciated how she went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, including by dropping everything she was doing to tour properties with us on very little notice, and staying up late to help us submit early offers on properties. Lorraine has a great work ethic, and we highly recommend her!

Wish I could give her 10 stars. Lorraine sold my mother-in-law's Lafayette home (for significantly more $$ than I thought she could get) and personally took care of every detail which relieved the stress for my MIL. Lorraine hired/managed sorters/movers, contractor, painter, stagers, carpet, etc. My MIL is very inquisitive and detail oriented, and Lorraine always spent the extra time that my MIL needed, listened exceptionally well and did a great job at patiently explaining every detail of the contracts and process. I highly recommend Lorraine.
