I take this opportunity to thank Lorraine and Jason for their outstanding work in selling my property at 8524 Jay Ct., Riverside 92508!!! I was impressed from the day I met Lorraine and Jason as they thoroughly desired their plan of action to promote the offering to prospective buyers. Most impressive was their decision to hold an Open House within three days of my signing the contract with their office. The Open House action was repeated until an interested buyer was found. Jason came to my house in Walnut, (40 miles away and at Night) to deliver and pick up necessary documents so I would not have to travel to Riverside. Now, who does that?? Furthermore, any time I called Lorraine or e-mailed her the response came within 3 to 5 minutes. She was on top of matters all the time.
