Lorraine and Geoff Hurlbut are a fabulous real estate team. They took charge of my listing (but still worked along with me), offered me good advice and provided the support and guidance I needed to sell my house well and to the right person. Their expertise in real estate is top of the line, and I would recommend them to anyone!

We used two other agents before successfully selling our house with Lorraine. Aside from being a terrific broker, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She completely understands the emotions involved in selling a home one has lived in for many years, and I felt like she was not just a broker but a friend. She also did a fantastic job staging our home for sale, simply by moving around and altering our existing furniture. She could easily have a second career as an interior decorator! We also used Lorraine to purchase our new home and she handled a very difficult situation in which a broker on the other side lied to us. Even though it wasn't in her interest to disclose the other broker's lie, her code of ethics came first. I'm not sure many other brokers would have done what she did. Ultimately, she helped us through a difficult situation dealing with the other broker and agency and purchase a new home that we love.

She was professional, well organized and had an infectious sense of enthusiasm that helped allay our anxiety over this very big step in our lives.
