Growing up in the 80's had such an impact with how I became to love real estate. Many new homes and neighborhoods were coming up during these years. My parents would take their weekends to go and explore all the new construction close by. I can’t tell you how many homes we walked through that were only in the framing stages. That’s really where it all began for me. When I was 14 my uncle asked me to go to work with him during the summer breaks. He was a residential property inspector during this time. In all he ended up having his business for over 30 years. Trust me, if you knew the hard work those guys put in, you would know that’s an amazing accomplishment.
