  • Louis and I connected, but did no business

Absolutely horrible experience.. never answered calls or returned them and I finally got to make a offer on a home that had no offer on it and the next day a "OFFER" was accepted online by the seller that he claims he knew nothing about it. If I could give 0 stars then I would. I really feel like he was avoiding me so someone else could get their financing together

Contacted him because his ad stated he deals with Auction houses. I think he actually just wants to BUY auction houses and having people call and inquire about ones in the area gives him good opportunity to try to buy it himself instead of helping the client. He flat out told me it was a hard and difficult process and I was better trying to get a loan. If I SAY I want an auction house, and his ad STATES that's what he does, why talk me out of one? I have never been so mad. And his advice on fixing credit is to have someone else co-sign on a loan with you. I'd had much better advice from other realtors.

Mr. Szanto was contacted several times about a home he is selling. I was looking forward to seeing it, as it has been (and still is on the market) for 275 days. After two weeks of my agent contacting him, and me personally contacting him, he approved a showing. THEN he called back and stated that the resident was having a birthday party. I am unsure if the seller is aware of this but very unprofessional, he should communicate with the landlord and the landlord should be communicating with residents. they definitely missed out on a strong offer.
