Louise Maguire

For three months, Louise Maguire became family.When we were ready to put our house on the market Louise Maguire had joined the Kennedy team as our sellers agent. Reviewing the current market, she suggested we increase our asking price.Louise had a two day open house (after inviting each home in the neighborhood). We received an offer and a contract for our asking price on the evening of the second day, of which we excepted.Our due diligence period and preparing for settlement were both daunting Louise was always available to answer our questions and work through the issues. She also prepared for and attended settlement. As things progressed with our new home, last minute scheduling required that Louise needed to fill in as buyers agent for our new home we were again in good hands and very happy with the professional service that Louise provided!

Louise was awesome from the start! She repeatedly followed up to see when we were ready to list our property. When we were ready, the property was a mess so she recommended a contractor to clean and fix that was spot on! He made the home look brand new again. This resulted in the property only being on the market for 2 days and we had a contract with a pre-approved buyer. Louise is a Godsend. Whereas her real estate skills are beyond reproach, her interpersonal skills are top notch. She has a wonderful demeanor and a great personality. Louise made the home purchase experience, which can be extremely stressful, as easy as it could possibly be. She looked for what we wanted not what she wanted for us.
