As a first time home-buyer, its safe to say we were a little out of our depth when entering the arena that is the Grand Rapids real estate market. LuAnn was a calm and reliable resource as we navigated toward the home we purchased. She was always able to work around our busy schedules as young professionals, and was able to reserve walkthroughs on only a few hours notice. We were only looking for a home for 2 weeks before getting an accepted offer and we managed to close within 30 days, keeping a timeline we set at the start to make sure we were in our new home before our apartment's lease was up. LuAnn's attention to detail and responsiveness via text and e-mail really helped make the whole process as smooth as possible, especially considering the horror stories surrounding getting a FHA Loan approved and sent through. When we get back in the market again, we will definitely try to work with her again.
