Initially, Luanne seemed polite but able to get the job done. After multiple interactions, she was constantly putting blame on others for her mistakes and was one of the rudest people I have ever met, especially for someone who considers themselves a professional. She will find hidden charges. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!
