Lucas is outstanding!!! As home buyers new to the area we had many questions. Lucas was very patient, knowledgeable, and kept a positive attitude. He provides honest insight and is a very genuine person. He provides valid information promptly and without high pressure sales tatics. We were even able to close early! (What else could a buyer want?) He makes buying a home an enjoyable experience! Five stars all the way!

What can we say about Lucas? He is an excellent agent! Throughout the whole process of buying and selling our home he was there for us, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process so much easier. From the day we decided to put in an offer on our new home and list our own, he had ours under contract in 4 days! He gives you a realistic expectation for what your home will sell for if you want to sell it not let it sit on the market for months. He also uses social media and markets your home aggressively so your home is visible to a much larger population than if he just used conventional listing methods. We have now been in our new home for 3 weeks and he is still here supporting us with any questions we may have. He is honest, friendly, a very savvy agent, and just a real stand-up guy. We would and do recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell!

We first contacted Lucas about selling our house a few years ago. At the time, we were just thinking about it, but hadn't decided on if we wanted to sell or stay. He was very helpful by coming out and telling us which improvements would potentially add value, and which improvements would not be a wise investment. As well as showing us any house along the way that we thought might make us definitely want to sell.A while later we found that there may be a change in my husband's job location, so we wanted to hold off until we knew for sure. Eventually my husband's job did transfer him, and our improvement process was very slow with all of the commuting. Lucas was very patient, and very helpful answering all of our questions before we were even ready to list. As first-time home sellers, we had a lot of questions along the way. Lucas was always knowledgeable, available, and patient. We did sell our house through him, and we're very happy with the outcome of everything.

Couldn't have found our house or gotten our loan without him! Hands down best realtor out there. He personally talked to the loan manager at the bank we ended up going through after the secondary mortgage company screw us around for a few months. He was always ontop of what was happening. Still in contact now even though we have been settled for over 1/2 a year! Will definitely use him if we move and need to sell in the future!
