During our relocation to Hawaii we scheduled a home finding trip with Lucien to try and find a home ahead of our move. He asked all the right questions to help us find the most value in the things that were the most important to us. We did find our home during the trip and with Lucien's assistance in navigating the process we were able to close on the home 6 days early. We went from the airport to our new home and it took a lot of stress out of the move.

Absolutely awesome. I came to Hawaii in 2010, Lucien got me through the final stages of buying covering for another agent. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 3 years later I had to move again for work I called Lucien he came to the house walked through gave me his assessment, listed the house, did 1 open house and had 3 offers at list the next day. I had to leave the island prior to closing Lucien took care of everything to include, inspections, walk through and corrective maintenance before closing. He treated it like it was his house. 4 years later I came back to Oahu, Lucien was my first call. He found many listings that interested us, provided solid market analysis for each house was spot on. We submitted several offers and counter offers on a few houses, he followed up on everyone and I got immediate updates with solid advice.
