Trust and speed are the most important qualities when dealing with a real estate transaction. In working with Lucy, we experienced both. For starters, like most, I don't buy and sell enough homes to understand all of the nuances of the transaction process- and as the laws are constantly changing this landscape, you need someone that knows how to navigate through the motions.
