Lydia Guillen

I have been in Real Estate for almost 30yrs. I have a wealth of experience, having worked as a listing and buyers agent. I also have vast experience working with Buyers in finding new construction homes. I have a proven track record in working with escrow, lenders, vendors, appraisers in getting a home from listed to sold! I know how to work in an ever changing market and I pass that knowledge to my buyer's and seller's so that they understand the process of buying and selling a home. I understand how to price your home in our current real estate market. I know what it takes to negotiate a successful offer with proven strategies to make sure my clients get the best deal possible. I truly care for my clients who also recommend me to their friends and families over these 30 years.
