She also sold a condo for me also and she really is the best to work with. She always keeps me up to date on my properties, takes care of the rent and repairs, sends pictures when necessary, tells me of any issues with the house and completely takes care of hiring people to fix whatever problems the house may have. She even finds the most economical way of doing things, such as replacing a bathroom cabinet, she knows people who may have a spare cabinet and gets it for next to nothing, has it painted and installed.
