If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Lynn Farrell...she is one smart cookie. First and foremost, a consummate professional, Lynn always returned my calls and emails immediately. She's patient and gave me the full benefit of her expansive market knowledge. Not knowing where I wanted to live, Lynn provided massive market and neighborhood analysis for me. She also knows how to hustle (in this market, it's essential), and when we found the place for me, she had the network of professionals to close the deal...home inspector, appraiser, finance, etc. Thanks Lynn!

We very much enjoyed having Lynn represent us in the sale of our home. We had met with a few other agents before signing with Lynn. What most impressed us about Lynn, and why we decided to list with her, was her method and rationale for setting a list price. We never questioned trusting her, and our house was on the market on a Tuesday; by Saturday we had 5 solid offers EACH ABOVE ASKING OUR ASKING PRICE.
