Lynn Pender

I am a Denver native. I was raised in the Highlands ( North Denver) and moved to Deer Creek Canyon, as a teenager. My first job as a teenager was at Der Weinerschnitzel and then I became a travel agent. As an adult, I have been active for over 25 years, in new home construction and residential real estate. We owned a construction and lumber company, as well as a real estate investment company, for several years. I took a couple years away from real estate, while I owned and operated a day spa. Returning to real estate was a comfortable welcome home experience. My husband and I met while attending Columbine High School, too many years ago to list. We have two adult children, that both attended Douglas County schools. The most recent addition to our family is a new baby granddaughter. We are blessed to live close by and watch her grow daily.
