Lynn Rulong is a Heaven sent person. Initially I started out with another Realtor (name I won't mention) who in one month never showed one property. This person never made the time for me, however would send alerts and updates all the time. She never connected with me personally.In fact, I never met this person, it was always a few phone calls here and there and emails. I gained no more knowledge from her, or information than I recieved in my own searching online. I was very much frustrated. Then came Lynn. Lynn called me from a lender she works with which whom saw me online searching. INSTANTLY we connected. I told her about a home of my interest I had saw online, she asked to call me back, when see did, an appointment was made that night for me to view this property. It was around 7:pm in the evening and it was cold. We started our journey together on this home, and with the lender that instructed her to call me. In a two (2) month span, my wife and I are proud home owners, thanks to the diligence, professionalism, and empathy of Lynn. She is amazingly FANTASTIC! To her peers or whomever that have the pleasure of working with Lynn, I can only assume it's a pleasure. I would continue my working relationship with Lynn, long after the close on our home. I would suggest to anyone in the market for a home, that this is by far the best Realtor to work with. We are extremely grateful for the aquaintance of Lynn, and all she bring to the home buying process.

Lynn is an excellent realtor. This is the second time weve hired her. She is very knowledgeable and has all the experience youre looking for in realtor. Anytime we had a question she was always available. Our new home is beautiful and she coordinated everything perfectly. We expected to sell our home within 60 days. Lynn took the time to show me houses in different neighborhoods so that I could understand the feel of each. She sent me homes in my price range and with the look I wanted. Lynn was knowledgeable on the values of homes in the neighborhoods I ultimately was interested in and guided me to the perfect home for me. When I found my house, she even had the idea for me to drive by at different times to make sure I liked the neighborhood at all times of the day.
