M. Dean listed and sold my home
To say Dean Vincent went above and beyond to help a client is an understatement. Dean is the most professional businessman/real estate broker I know and it is not surprising that he is the Chairman of SRAR (Southland Regional Association of Realtors). Under the most difficult circumstances, he presents solutions with a calm demeanor and takes extra care to address challenges with positivity and empathy. He is an expert in the field of Real Estate and actually puts other real estate brokers and agents to task by thoroughly checking and double checking listings, critical documents, disclosures, and claims. If only all people had the same professionalism, ethical standards, business acumen, and a kind and friendly heart that Dean Vincent has, all areas of business and dealings of all kinds would be a positive and enjoyable experience.

Dean worked tirelessly on our behalf and was absolutely the right guy to have on our side. We came into contact with plenty of other real estate agents during our house hunt and came away from each of those interactions grateful to have found Dean. In addition to driving all over the valley to prescreen any and all homes that he thought might meet our needs, Dean also provided a calming voice of reason every time the stress got to be too much.
