This research led Ruben to recommend listing the property for $50,000 higher than we agreed to on the listing agreement, and it actually went into escrow for $5,000 higher than that after receiving multiple offers within 2 weeks of being listed! Aside from being an accomplished real estate professional, Ruben made our lives much easier by referring us to a probate attorney, a house cleaning professional, a carpet cleaning company, and even a contractor to correct repairs that were listed on the property inspection. This greatly minimized the number of trips I had to make from Riverside to Long Beach, which I greatly appreciated! Several of my friends and family were surprised that my parents' home sold so quickly, and it was all thanks to Ruben's expertise and professionalism.
