Madison Boucher

Madison really went above and beyond for me and my partner in our search for a home. We were in a situation where an appraisal came back low and Madison spent the day on the phone talking to the seller and helping us negotiate to get into our first home. Madison was patient with us not understanding the process fully, and was an excellent guide through navigating the current crazy market. I would fully recommend anyone to Madison, however she is especially valuable to first time homebuyers as a patient, kind, and knowledgeable guide.

Madison was amazing and so supportive through the whole process. She reassured us even in the housing market now that she would stick with us and diligently work to find our dream home. She was straight forward and very professional. 10/10 recommend!!

Madison Boucher was a great agent to work with she worked hard to get us our first home. Very smart and nice! If we had a question she got the answer for us right away.
