Madi is great and all around the best real estate broker in town. I am relocating from the East Coast to Chicago and she made the process so easy. She sent me listings that met my budget requirement and meet all of my must have. I was super stressed out about finding a place in Chicago however Madi made the process super easy. She answered all of my questions very promptly and I asked alot of question. I had a response from Madi in minutes of sending an email. She definitely works really hard for her client and is very knowledgeable about the Chicago real estate market. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I really enjoyed working with Madison through the home buying process. She was very attentive to my thoughts and opinions, and ultimately helped to identify a great place in a stellar location. Madison is a super star! Shes responsive - e.g. contacted her on Friday before Christmas and she got back to me right away. Shes honest and straightforward - she set the expectations from the start, told us what the market was and how she could help. Shes knowledgeable - grew up in Chicago and knows neighborhoods well. Shes efficient - set up 8 showings in 3 hours! Shes insightful - didnt push but pointed out what we needed to consider. But most of all shes a real professional. Her experience was invaluable when two issues arose. One involved negotiating and the other a legal issue. She handled both directly with the right amount of push-back that allowed us to move forward but not concede anything. I highly recommend Madison especially for those relocating from out of state and pressed for time. Youll be happy to have her in your corner.

I can't even begin to explain how pivotal it was to have Madison on my team in my home buying process! She was very accessible at any time of the day, always responding within a few minutes to any questions/concerns that arose. There were several instances in the process where the deal would've fallen apart if it weren't for Madison (Including even paying out of HER OWN commission to accommodate for blatant lies from the seller's agent).
