Mahdi Chaney is a co-founder of Millennial Properties, an urban renewal real estate company focusing on residential and commercial development opportunities in emerging communities. Founded in 2013, Millennial Properties acquired a dilapidated, run down, 4 unit apartment eyesore located near the Atlanta Beltline and completed a total renovation which now maintains full occupancy. Presently, Mahdi has helped expand the property management and construction management divisions while building the asset portfolio of Millennial Properties.
Prior to Millennial Properties, Mahdi worked in the professional sports industry. He held positions at the Atlanta Hawks ranging from sales to marketing research to database management.
