My name is Maik, pronounced “Mike”. Originally from Stuttgart Germany, I have resided in the Atlanta Metro area since 2000. My passion for real estate started shortly after my relocation here when purchasing my first home and rental property. With my natural born focus on details, creative negotiations, and ensuring numbers make sense, my priority is for clients to gain the most of each real estate transaction. Beyond closing deals, I consult clients on ways to protect their assets whether looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate. I am a member of the Atlanta / National Board of Realtors and active in the Atlanta German Chamber of Commerce.
