I was in a tough spot and Malinda came to my rescue! I recently purchased a condo but soon after had to relocate and felt stuck in my new mortgage. I was looking at cash sellers knowing I would loose a lot of money on the deal but Malinda contacted me and promised we could move the condo quickly. We put the condo on the market and she was able to find an offer in less than a week. She made sure all the steps in during the selling and closing process went smoothly and I was out of there in less than 60 days total. We were also able to sell the place for more than I expected and was extremely happy with how things turned out.
